Triple Chocolate Blondies

Triple Chocolate Blondies are thick, luscious blonde brownies loaded with three kinds of chocolate chips for an extra-chocolaty, chewy dessert bar. They're utterly delicious and perfect for potlucks and parties!

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup butter melted
  • 2 cups dark brown sugar
  • 2 ¾ cups flour
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup 60% dark chocolate chips
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chips
  • ½ cup milk chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Prepare a 9 x 13" pan. I use cooking spray and then line with foil or parchment and then spray again.
  • In a medium bowl combine melted butter and brown sugar, stir until combined.
  • Add the eggs and vanilla extract and whisk until combined.
  • Add the flour, salt, baking soda and powder, mix until just combined. Do not over mix.
  • Add the chips and stir until combined.
  • Pour into pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, do not over bake.
  • If you like your bars gooey then cook for less time.
  • Let cool (if you can!) and then cut and serve.
