Rich Fudge Brownie Tart Recipe

This Fudge Brownie Tart is like an upscale hot fudge sundae and a rich dense brownie that got together in one scrumptious tart. It's an amazing combination of all the chocolate goodness we love, plus it's so easy to make!

Ingredients

  • cups chocolate wafer crumbs
  • cup butter melted
  • ½ cup butter softened
  • ¾ cup brown sugar packed
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 cups of chocolate chips melted
  • ½ cup all purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons instant coffee granules
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Optional Garnishes:

  • ice cream
  • hot fudge

Instructions

  • Combine the crumbs and the melted butter and press into a 9 inch pie pan. Bake at 350 for 6 to 8 minutes.
  • Beat the softened butter at medium speed until fluffy, then add brown sugar and beat well.
  • Add eggs, one at a time and mix well.
  • Stir in melted chocolate, flour, coffee and vanilla.
  • Pour filling into prepared crust.
  • Bake at 375 for 25 minutes, cool completely on wire rack.
  • Garnish with ice cream and fudge if you feel like it. Otherwise enjoy it plain.
