There’s nothing more impressively scrumptious, especially around the holidays when time is short and you can make this cheesecake without turning on your oven!

I didn’t think so either until I made a no-bake version of my favorite Oreo cheesecake with fudge topping. The fudge topping really elevates this no bake cheesecake to something decadently delicious!
It does not get any easier than this cake and I promise that it will become one of your “go-to” desserts for any occasion. In fact, I like to make the cheesecake filling and have it on hand so I can whip up a cheesecake (especially this incredible over-the-top no bake fudgy Oreo cheesecake anytime)!

Ingredients
For the crust:
Oreo cookie crumbs
Melted butter
For the filling:
Heavy whipping cream
Cream cheese
Sugar
Salt
Lemon juice
Vanilla bean paste
Crushed Oreo cookies
Plus, you’ll want your favorite fudge sauce and crushed Oreos to drizzle on top!
How to Make No Bake Fudgy Oreo Cheesecake
For the crust:
Combine butter and crumbs and press into the bottom of a 9 inch spring form pan.
Place pan in freezer until ready to add filling.
For the filling:
Beat heavy whipping cream in a large bowl with electric mixer until just past soft peaks, set aside.
In another bowl beat cream cheese, lemon juice, salt, vanilla extract and sugar until smooth and creamy. Do not over beat.
Fold the whipped heavy cream into the cream cheese mixture with a rubber spatula until just mixed.
Then add the crushed Oreo cookies, gently fold into mixture.
Pour filling into Oreo cookie crust.
Pour 1/2 cup fudge topping over the top and place into refrigerator overnight.
Remove from refrigerator, garnish with more crushed Oreo cookies and drizzle with fudge topping!
Tips & Variations
Change the cookies. Try peppermint Oreos for a peppermint no bake fudgy Oreo cheesecake.
Adjust the serving size. Instead of a full sized cheesecake, use muffin tins to make mini cheesecakes.
Storage
This no bake cheesecake must be refrigerated and will keep for 5 days if covered.
