I have been baking a bunch of great things lately and these brownie cookies are just one of them. Let me tell you, if you are a fan of brownies and rich, chocolaty cookies than these are something you want to make.

I don't know what I did wrong, but these were a big flop. They tasted AMAZING! But they didn't set up and wouldn't come off the pan without falling apart. I'm going to scrape off what I haven't taken off yet and use it all to make a trifle. But I'm disappointed that I don't have cookies. Yours are so pretty. Mine, not so much.
