Between the s’mores oatmeal which would be wonderful on a chilly Fall morning to the hot chocolate on a long winters night, I think Susan has provided over 50 recipes that will help you to feel the summer glow all year.

These Peanut Butter S’mores are super-easy, and simply delicious!

If you love s’mores then you must check out Susan’s book and her blog Doughmesstic, where you will find sweet as well as savory recipes and so much more.

Note: I was provided a copy of the book by the publisher, but I was not compensated in any way. My opinions are my own and were not influenced by the publisher.

Tips & Variations

  • Switch the candy. Use any candy you like instead of Reese’s, like Rolo’s, Andes Mints, or Snickers chunks.
  • Change the marshmallows. Add colored marshmallows for even more fun.
  • Swap the graham crackers. Try any flat vanilla, chocolate or graham cracker cookie that will make a s’mores-type sandwich.

Storage

Just like regular s’mores, these melted candy wonders should be eaten immediately when they’re cool enough to not burn your tongue.
