How to Make Chocolate Chocolate Chip Oatmeal

  1. Place water and oats in a small saucepan on the stove and bring to a boil, continue cooking for 3 minutes.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in 1/8 cup of chocolate chips.
  3. Garnish with additional chips if you feel like it.
