Ingredients

Milk
Chopped dark chocolate
Baileys Irish Cream

How to Make Bailey’s Hot Chocolate

This recipe was inspired by Bailey’s Irish Cream.

In a small saucepan, boil the milk.
Once boiled, remove from heat and add the chocolate, whisk until smooth.
Add Bailey’s Irish Cream and (optionally) garnish with whipped cream.

Tips & Variations

Sweeten it. Add some sugar to taste if you like your hot chocolate sweet.
Change the booze. Try your favorite liqueur instead of Bailey’s.
Swap the topping. Instead of whipped cream, try marshmallow creme or mini marshmallows.

Storage

Drink immediately! Or, you can refrigerate for up to 24 hours and then reheat to enjoy.
