How to Make Chocolate Peanut Butter Oatmeal No Bake Cookies

  1. In a heavy saucepan, bring to a boil the sugar, cocoa, butter, and milk.
  2. Let boil for 1 minute, then add peanut butter, vanilla and oatmeal.
  3. On a sheet of waxed paper or a Silpat Baking Mat drop mixture by the teaspoonfuls.
  4. Let cool and enjoy. 

Tips & Variations

  • Make them nutty. For crunchy cookies, use crunchy peanut butter.
  • Mix-ins. Add some marshmallows or chopped candy like Snickers, Rolos, or Reese’s cups.
  • Make as bars. Instead of cookies, line a square pan, press in the batter and smooth flat. Cut into bars or small squares.

Storage

These cookies are best refrigerated to keep them firm, best stored in a covered dish for up to one week.

  • 4 TBSP Hershey’s Unsweetened Cocoa
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup Skippy peanut butter
  • 1 TBSP vanilla
  • 3 cups Quaker Old Fashioned Oats

Instructions

  • In a heavy saucepan, bring to a boil the sugar, cocoa, butter, and milk.
