Ingredients

  • Butter
  • Sugar
  • Eggs
  • Salt
  • Baking soda
  • Flour
  • Bananas
  • Reese’s Peanut Butter Eggs

How to Make Reese’s Peanut Butter Egg Banana Bread

  1.  Prepare two pans with cooking spray and set aside.
  2. Preheat over to 325.
  3. Cream together butter and sugar, add eggs and blend together.
  4. Add the smashed bananas.  
  5. In a separate bowl mix flour, salt and baking soda.
  6. Add dry ingredients to the wet.
  7. Mix only until the flour is incorporated.
  8. Add the chopped peanut butter eggs.
  9. Pour into prepared pans.  
  10. Bake for 1 1/4 hours or until a knife comes out clean.
  11. Set on wire rack for 5 minutes, then turn bread out of pan and let cool (if you can wait that long).

Tips & Variations

  • Make one plain loaf. For variety make one without the Reese’s and one with.
  • Try it crunchy. Throw in a handful of roasted peanuts.
  • Top it. Dust with powdered sugar, or add a peanut butter or chocolate drizzle.

Storage

This banana bread can be stored in a covered dish on the countertop for up to 3 days, then refrigerate. Freeze an entire loaf by wrapping securely in plastic wrap or foil and sealing in an airtight container for up to one month.
